From Symbian V5 version, it wont allow you to install apps which are protected using a certificate... Which means that some sis files are signed with a certificate with a unique IMEI number and will only get installed on that device. So, you need to purchase all s/w from vendors. So, even if you have a sis file, it will throw an error "unable to install a protected application from an untrusted supplier" Now, you need to figure out a way to unsign the application and sign it with a certificate issued to you phone's IMEI number. Follow these steps: --------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Goto: http://grou.ps/cer_get/34621 and save this page in your favourites 2. Punch your IMEI number and check post 12-15 hours to see if its issued a certificate for your device. 3. You can use Google translate to convert chinese to english. 4. Now when you have your certificate, download signtools2.2 on the page where you downloaded the stuff. 5.
